Best of the day: Derrick Rose
Simeon’s Derrick Rose was one of two players with a team-high 8 made field goals in the Knicks win over the Hornets.
- Derrick Rose (Simeon/Knicks)- 25 minutes, 17 points, 8/12 FG, 1/4 3PT, a rebound, 5 assists, and +2 in a 109-97 win over the Hornets.
The rest of the performances of the day:
- Chasson Randle (Rock Island/Magic)- 17 minutes, 10 points, 4/9 FG, 1/4 3PT, 1/1 FT, a rebound, an assist, a block, a turnover, and -14 in a 112-96 loss to the Hawks.
- Robert Covington (Proviso West/Trail Blazers)- 22 minutes, 5 points, 1/2 FG, 1/1 3PT, 2/2 FT, 5 rebounds, and +3 in a 113-112 loss to the Clippers.
