Saturday afternoon, two undefeated teams met up at the Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, only one team would walk away with an undefeated record at the end of the day. The Buckeyes lead most of the first half but then came the ferocious Wolverines team. Michigan used a 28-3 second half to propel themselves to a 45-23 win over Ohio State, thus remaining undefeated.
Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy played a pivotal role in getting the win. He finished the day with four total touchdowns. He threw for 263 yards and 3 touchdown while completing 12 of 24 passes. On the ground, he had six carries for 27 yards and a touchdown.

And to top it all off, he and his teammates found time to visit and support the UofM men’s Hockey team that same day.
