Sunday, two former Illinois prep athletes saw minutes in a NBA game. Below I look into and share each of their performances at the Tokyo Olympics from July .
Hales Franciscan’s JaVale McGee is the lone Olympian representing Illinois on the U.S. Men’s national team. He was a fill after a couple late moves during their exhibition games.
He may not be spending the most time on the court but will be a documenting the whole experience for his YouTube channel.
