Thursday, six former Illinois prep athletes saw minutes in various NBA games. Below I look into and share each of their NBA performances from February 24.

Best of the Day: Ayo Dosunmu

Just a reminder but many NBA teams let Ayo Dosunmu (Morgan Park) slip to the 38th pick and has become the steal of the NBA Draft. He continues to play strong basketball and is doing it on both ends. He has even made star NBA players look like rookies themselves. Chicago own Ayo Dosunmu is a rising star and is going to make a lot of teams mad that did not draft for a very long time.

  • Ayo Dosunmu (Morgan Park/Chicago Bulls)- 34 minutes, 12 points, 5/9 FG, 2/3 3PT, a team-high 2 offensive rebounds (tied with Tristan Thompson), 6 total rebounds, a tram-high 3 assists (tied with 3 others), a game-high 3 blocks), 2 turnovers, and +3 in a 112-108 win over the Atlanta Hawks.
