It’s been a week since I last blogged but today’s video may be just what I needed to bring back the daily blog posts.

As an avid Tik Tok scroller, my feed will vary from jokes, to skits, to sports, and so much more. Monday, a video of an adult basketball league cross my “For You Page” and I was immediately wowed by what I had just witness.

An older women on the orange team was passed the ball and with no hesitation took it to the basket for an easy. Her first step was so smooth, she had the youngins’ impressed in the comments.

Seeing her move so swiftly makes me feel like I can and should be doing a lot more with my time.
