- Eight Bulls scored in double figures in the win.
- Chicago outscored Atlanta 35 to 15 in the final quarter to overcome their deficit fly home with a victory.
- Ayo Dosunmu (Morgan Park) returned to the bench with the return of Zach LaVine. It paid off as he had his best overall game of the season.
- Dosunmu scored a team-high 19 points on 7-for-10 shooting with two rebounds, four assists, a block, two turnovers, and a +11 plus-minus.
- He was 2-for-3 from the arc and 3-for-3 from the free-throw line.
- Jevon Carter (Proviso East) played a season-high nine minutes.
- Carter miss all three field goal attempts including two threes and had a +10 plus-minus.
- Matas Buzelis (Hinsdale Central) played just five minutes but had a team-worst -8 plus-minus.
- Buzelis went 0-for-2 with a rebound and a turnover in the win.
- Talen Horton-Tucker (Simeon) did not play due to the coach’s decision.
