Four Illinois natives are participating in the Fiba AmeriCup Qualifiers for Team USA. Those four are Keita Bates-Diop (University), Robert Covington (Proviso West), Frank Kaminsky (Benet), and Chasson Randle (Rock Island).
Covington and Kaminsky started in USA’s 108-66 win over Puerto Rico in Washington D.C.
USA will play on November 25 against the Bahamas.
