Andre Iguodala (Lanphier) returned to the Bay Area to have his No. 9 jersey sent to the rafters on Sunday.
The Lanphier grad was joined by his family, friends, teammates and basketball fans to be immortalized in the Chase Center rafters in San Francisco, California
Iguodala played 19 seasons in the NBA but his time with the Warriors is where he cemented his greatness. During his eight season with Golden State, he won four titles (’15, ’17, ’18, ’22) with them. He earned an All-Defensive first team in 2014 and was the Finals MVP the next season.
Iguodala finished his career with 13,968 points, 6,047 rebounds, 5,147 assists, 1,765 steals, and 633 blocks in 1,231 games (784 starts).

Boston Celtics defeated New York Knicks, 118-105. Jalen Brunson (Stevenson) started in the loss for New York. Golden State Warriors defeated Dallas Mavericks, 126-102. Olivier-Maxence Prosper (Lake Forest) and Max Christie (Rolling Meadows) both came off the bench for Dallas. Prosper had seven points (2-4 FG, 1-1 3PT, 2-4 FT) with a rebound, a steal, and a zero plus-minus in 17 minutes. Prosper has played in 28 straight games for Dallas and last missed a game on Christmas Day. Christie had two points (1-5 FG, 0-3 3PT) with four rebounds, two assists, a steal, two turnovers, and a -19 plus-minus in 22 minutes. Christie snapped his double figures scoring streak at nine games.
Indiana Pacers defeated Los Angeles Clippers, 129-111. Jahlil Okafor (Whitney Young) did not play in the win.
Orland Magics defeated Washington Wizards, 110-90. Richaun Holmes (Lockport) made his fifth start of the season in the loss. He had 11 points (5-6 FG, 1-2 FT) with a game-high 10 rebounds (one offensive), an assist, a game-high two blocks, four turnovers, and a -14 plus-minus. Holmes is averaging 7.8 rebounds per game in his five starts.
New Orleans Pelicans defeated San Antonio Spurs, 114-96. Antonio Reeves (Simeon) had two points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3PT) with a -4 plus-minus in two minutes off the bench. Reeves has played in eight straight games for New Orleans
Cleveland Cavaliers defeated Memphis Grizzlies, 129-123. Max Strus (Stagg) made his 15th straight start for the Cavs. He had 11 points (3-8 FG, 3-8 3PT, 2-2 FT) with eight rebounds (four offensive), three assists, a block, a turnover, and a game-high +4 plus-minus in 31 minutes for Cleveland. His eight 3-point attempts were a game-high tied with three others. His four offensive rebounds were a game-high tied with his teammate, Evan Mobley.
Oklahoma City Thunder defeated Minnesota Timberwolves, 130-123. Terrence Shannon Jr. (Lincoln Park) came off the bench in the loss. He had seven points (3-7 FG, 0-1 3PT, 1-1 FT) with a rebound, two assists, and a game-worst -22 plus-minus in 19 minutes. Shannon has played eight straight games for Minnesota and is shooting 43.2 percent from the field on 5.5 shot attempts per game.

Liddell (Belleville West) started for Windy City while Javon Freeman-Liberty (Whitney Young) and Ben Coupet (Simeon) came off the bench in the win.
