RayJ Dennis (Oswego East) had zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3PT) with a rebound, an assist, a turnover, and a team-worst -5 plus-minus in four minutes off the bench. Dennis made his first appearance since January 29- did not play the last 10 games for Indiana.
New York Knicks defeated Philadelphia 76ers, 110-105. Jalen Brunson (Stevenson) got the start (obviously). He had a game-high 34 points (8-17 FG, 3-5 3PT, 15-16 FT) with three rebounds, seven assists, a steal, two turnovers, and a +3 plus-minus in 36 minutes. His three made 3-pointers were a team-high tied with Mikal Bridges. His 15 made free throws and 16 free throw attempts were a game-high. His seven assists were a team-high tied with Philadelphia’s Paul George. Brunson is averaging 27.1 points in 10 February game.
Los Angeles Clippers defeated Chicago Bulls, 122-117. Matas Buzelis (Hinsdale Central) started for Chicago. Jevon Carter (Proviso East), Talen Horton-Tucker (Simeon), and E.J. Liddell (Belleville West) did not play in the loss. Buzelis had five points (2-7 FG, 1-3 3PT) with four rebounds (two offensive), two assists, two turnovers, and a team-worst -18 in 26 minutes. He has made eight straight starts for Chicago.
Houston Rockets defeated San Antonio Spurs, 118-106. Fred VanVleet (Auburn) missed his 11th straight game due to a right ankle injury.
