Raptors 905 guard Evan Gilyard (Simeon) scored a career-high 34 points in a win against the Windy City Bulls on Monday.

He’s played in 41 games between the Tip-Off tournament and regular season for the Raptors. This season, he’s averaging 10.4 points on 44.6 percent shooting with two rebounds, five assists, and 0.8 steals per game. He’s shooting 34.5 percent on 3.5 3-point attempts and is shooting 86 percent from the line.

Los Angeles Lakers defeated San Antonio Spurs, 125-109. Jordan Goodwin (Althoff Catholic) made his third straight start for Los Angeles. Goodwin had 15 points (6-9 FG, 3-6 3PT) with four rebounds (one offensive), three assists, a game-high three steals, a block, and a +9 plus-minus in 33 minutes. His one block was a team-high tied with three others. Goodwin has multiple steals in five of his 14 appearances.

Portland Trail Blazers defeated Washington Wizards, 112-97. Richaun Holmes (Lockport) did not play in the loss for Washington.

Sacramento Kings defeated Memphis Grizzlies, 132-122. John Konchar (West Chicago) made his 37th appearance of the season- 33rd off the bench. He had eight points (2-2 FG, 2-2 3PT, 2-2 FT) with eight rebounds (two offensive), an assist, a steal, a block, and a team-high +9 plus-minus in 17 minutes. His eight rebounds were a team-high tied with Zach Edey. Konchar’s point total in the loss is the second most of the season behind the nine he had back on December 26- also a perfect night shooting (3-3 FG, 3-3 3PT).

Chicago Bulls defeated Utah Jazz, 111-97. Matas Buzelis (Hinsdale Central) started for Chicago. He had 17 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3PT) with nine rebounds, two assists, a block, a turnover, and a +20 plus-minus. His one block was a team-high tied with two others. Buzelis matched his career-high in rebounds (nine) in the win which was previously set back on November 6.

Talen Horton-Tucker (Simeon) came off the bench in the win. He had just one point (0-3 FG, 0-1 3PT, 1-2 FT) with a rebound and a -5 plus-minus in six minutes. His 5.5 points per game is the lowest of his average of his career. Jevon Carter (Proviso East) did not play for Chicago in the win.

Detroit Pistons defeated New Orleans Pelicans, 127-81. Antonio Reeves (Simeon) made his 32 appearances for New Orleans. He had three points (1-6 FG, 1-4 3PT) with a steal, three turnovers, and a -22 plus-minus in 17 minutes off the bench. His three turnovers is a team-worst tied with two others. His -22 plus-minus is the worst of his career so far.

Indian Pacers defeated Minnesota Timberwolves, 132-130, in overtime. RayJ Dennis (Oswego East) did not play for Indiana in the win. Terrence Shannon Jr. (Lincoln Park) did not play for Minnesota in the loss.

Houston Rockets defeated Philadelphia 76ers, 144-137, in overtime. Fred VanVleet (Auburn) made his fourth straight start since returning from injury. He had just three points (1-6 FG, 1-5 3PT) with seven rebounds, five assists, two steals, two blocks, two turnovers, and a team-worst -7 plus-minus in 38 minutes. His two steal was a game-high tied with six others. His two blocks were a game-high tied with Philadelphia’s Oshae Brissett. This was the 17th game that VanVleet failed to score in double-digits.

G League Games
