Niles West’s own Jewell Loyd is rocking some new digs this season.

The 31-year-old Lincolnwood native is now with the Las Vegas Aces after she was traded in a 3-team trade earlier in the year.

She left the Seattle Storm where she played from 2015-2014. During her time there, she won two WNBA championships, rookie of the year, and earned several other honors and accolades.

Gold Mamba is not done and hopes to continue the success with her new team.

Her Aces debut did not go as planned but she bounced back help leading the charger in Las Vegas’ 87-62 win over Connecticut Sun. Loyd dropped 20 points including six 3-pointers in the win.

She’s just getting started.
