Jordan Goodwin (Althoff Catholic) is back with the Phoenix Suns this season after the team claimed him off waivers in July.

He hoping to make it his fifth season in the NBA and he came out strong so far in presason.

His Suns defeated the Brooklyn Nets 132-127 in overtime on Friday. He played some big minutes and came off tough off the bench.

Goodwin had 19 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 6-9 FT) with seven rebounds (three offensive), two steals, three turnovers, and a +7 plus-minus in 18 minutes.

On the other team was Nets rookie Danny Wolf (Lake Forest). He also came off the bench.

Wolf had 11 points (3-5 FG, 1-1 3PT, 4-4 FT) with five rebounds, three assists, a steal, three turnovers, and a -6 plus-minus in 14 minutes.
