Saturday evening, five former Illinois prep athletes saw minutes in a NBA game. Below I look into and share each of their NBA performances from February 27.

Best of the Day: Isaiah Roby

Dixon’s Isaiah Roby was the only one of the five players to lose but he had one of the better/intriguing performances of the night.

  • Isaiah Roby (Dixon)- 28 minutes, 15 points, 5/10 FG, 1/3 3PT, 4/5 FT, 9 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, 6 turnovers, and +2 in a 126-96 loss to the Jazz.

The rest of the performances of the day:

  • JaVale McGee (Franciscan/Cavaliers)- 16 minutes, 6 points, 2/5 FG, 2/2 FT, 3 rebounds, an assist, 2 blocks, a turnover, and +4 in a 112-109 win over the 76ers.
