Phoenix Mercury defeated Connecticut Sun, 83-75.

Sun rookie Aneesah Morrow (Simeon) provided a spark for the Sun off the bench and was a rebound short of her first double-double. Unfortunately for her and the Sun, it just was not enough as they suffered their fourth straight loss.
