Best Of The Day: Jalen Brunson
Although Jalen Brunson was not born in Illinois, his high school years were spent in the state playing for Adlai E. Stevens High Schools. He dominated by winning a state championship and being named Illinois Mr. Basketball. Heβs represent the state well since departing. Brunson has won two NCAA championships and has performed well in his young NBA career.
Despite the loss, he had a season-high 31 points in his first start of the season.
