Best of the Day: Anthony Davis
The Grizzlies were up 20 points on the Lakers early in the first quarter. But failed to contain Anthony Davis and LeBron James which saw their lead turn into a deficit.
- Anthony Davis (Perspectives/Lakers)- 35 minutes, 35 points, 16/27 FG, 0/3 3PT, 3/4 FG, 3 offensive rebounds, 8 total rebounds, an assist, 2 steals, a block, 3 turnovers, and +0 in a 115-106 win over the Grizzlies.

- Alfonzo McKinnie (Marshall/Lakers)- 2 minutes, 2 points, 1/2 FG, 0/1 3PT, a rebound, and -7 in a 115-106 win over the Grizzlies.
- John Konchar (West Chicago/Grizzlies)- 17 minutes, 3 points, 1/2 FG, 0/1 3PT, 1/2 FT, 5 rebounds, a steal, 3 turnovers, in a 115-106 loss to the Lakers. So this wasn’t a block but I want to include this video…

- Isaiah Roby (Dixon/Thunder)- 19 minutes, 7 points, 3/5 FG, 0/1 3PT, 1/2 FT, two offensive rebounds, 5 total rebounds , 3 assists, a block, a turnover, and +4 in a 97-95 loss to the Nuggets. Nice return after missing a few games.
- Patrick Beverly (Marshall/Clippers)- 12 minutes, 6 points, 2/4 FG, 1/1 3PT, 1/2 FT, an assist, a turnover, and +13 in a 125-106 win over the Bulls. The broadcast even shared a graphic detailing some of Beverly’s high school stats and accolades.
- Jalen Brunson (Stevenson/Mavericks)- 22 minutes, 13 points. 4/5 FG, 2/2 3PT, 3/4 FT, 6 rebounds, 7 assists, and +0 in a 143-130 win over the Pelicans.
- Keita Bates-Diop (University/Spurs)- 8 minutes, 3 points, 0/2 FG, 0/2 3PT, 3/4 FT, a rebound, and -19 in a 125-114 win over the Hawks.
- Richaun Holmes (Lockport/Kings)- 24 minutes, 10 points, 4/8 FG, 2/2 FT, 3 offensive rebounds, 7 total rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 3 turnovers, and -27 in a 123-112 loss to the Magic.
