Sideline Icons #56- July 1, 2021: Paying College Athletes and the Bucks Lose Giannis

From host Tom:

This week on Sideline Icons we talk about the NCAA’s new Name, Image, Likeness rules going in effect right away. After a long fight, college athletes are finally able to profit off of their names. We talk about how that will impact college sports going forward and how teams will recruit now. We also talk about the NBA playoffs as we near the Finals. The Bucks lost Giannis in Game 4 due to a knee injury and lost to the Hawks who were without Trae Young. Nick gives his take on the game and what he hopes for in the rest of the series. Lastly, we wrap up with the Weekly Watchlist where we watched “Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room” and talked about all the highlights from the documentary. Enjoy!
