For some around Illinois, it was not a normal weekend as it was Casimir Pulaski Day on Monday so fit gave some a longer weekend. With that, you had to wait a bit longer for this article.
This weekend was jammed-packed with former Illinois athletes playing in various NBA games. Six players were in action on Friday, followed by a weekend-high of 8 on Saturday and it wrapped up with five apiece on Sunday and Monday.
